DIGITAL PRODUCTS + WEBSITE TEMPLATES
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales of website templates, guides, resources and other digital products are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

PAYMENT PLANS
When a payment plan is offered, it is provided as a way to divide the full purchase price into installments. It is not a subscription and cannot be canceled after purchase.
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Receiving access to a digital product before all installments have been collected does not eliminate your responsibility to complete the remaining payments.
Payments already made toward a payment plan are non-refundable, and remaining scheduled payments will continue to be due according to the payment schedule selected at checkout, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If a scheduled payment is declined or otherwise unsuccessful, you remain responsible for the outstanding balance and authorize reasonable attempts to process the payment using the payment method provided or an updated payment method you provide.
CUSTOM SERVICES
Payments made toward custom website design, strategy, consulting, template customization or other professional services are non-refundable once paid, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in your signed client agreement.
Payments may reserve time in Avenue Bee Studio's schedule and compensate Avenue Bee Studio for planning, preparation, strategy, administrative work, creative work and availability associated with your project.
If you choose to cancel, postpone or discontinue a project, payments already made will not be refunded unless your signed agreement specifically provides otherwise.
Additional payments, cancellation fees or other obligations may apply according to your individual client agreement.
If this Refund Policy conflicts with the terms of a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control for those services.
EU + OTHER CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
Certain customers, including consumers in the European Union or other jurisdictions, may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.
Where permitted by applicable law, customers purchasing immediately delivered digital content may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that beginning delivery may result in the loss of an otherwise applicable right of withdrawal.
Any applicable statutory rights will be honored as required by law.
TECHNICAL ISSUES
If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital product you purchased, please contact Avenue Bee Studio.
A technical access issue does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve legitimate delivery or access issues related to Avenue Bee Studio's products.
DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT CHARGES
