Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, intellectual property or other proprietary materials to you.
Website Template License
Unless otherwise stated, the purchase of an Avenue Bee Studio website template includes a license to use the template for one website for one business or brand.
You may customize the template for your own licensed website, including changing colors, fonts, imagery, copy, layouts and other design elements as permitted by the applicable website platform.

DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
Digital products are delivered electronically. Depending on the product, you may receive access through email, a checkout confirmation page, a third-party platform, a template access link or another digital delivery method.
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the accounts necessary to receive and use your purchase.
Website templates created for Wix Studio require a Wix account. Wix subscriptions, domains, third-party applications and other services are not included unless expressly stated on the product page.
DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Once a digital product, template, guide or other resource has been purchased or access has been provided, Avenue Bee Studio does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, failure to use the product, accidental purchases, incompatibility caused by the purchaser's equipment or accounts or a purchaser's decision not to complete or launch their website.
Please carefully review all product descriptions, requirements and included features before purchasing.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
EU/EEA AND OTHER CONSUMER RIGHTS
Certain customers may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights depending on their location.
Where permitted by applicable law, by requesting or consenting to immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge that delivery may begin immediately and that you may lose or waive an otherwise applicable right of withdrawal once performance or delivery begins.

CUSTOM SERVICES
Avenue Bee Studio also provides custom website design, strategy, consulting, template customization and other professional services.
Specific services may be governed by a separate proposal, contract, statement of work or service agreement. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the terms of the signed agreement will control with respect to those services.
Project timelines, deliverables, revisions, client responsibilities and scope will be outlined in the applicable proposal or agreement.
PAYMENTS FOR CUSTOM SERVICES
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, payments made toward custom services are non-refundable once paid, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Payments reserve time in Avenue Bee Studio's schedule and compensate Avenue Bee Studio for planning, preparation, strategy, administrative work, creative work and availability associated with the project.
If a client chooses to cancel, postpone or discontinue a project, amounts already paid will not be refunded except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in the applicable client agreement.
The client remains responsible for any payments, cancellation fees or other amounts required under their signed agreement.
PAYMENT PLANS
When a payment plan is offered, the payment plan is a method of paying the full purchase price and is not a subscription that may be canceled at any time.
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the payment schedule presented at checkout.
For digital products, receiving access to the product before all installments have been collected does not eliminate your obligation to complete the remaining payments.
Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension or termination of access to products, resources or services, where technically and legally permitted, and Avenue Bee Studio reserves the right to pursue outstanding balances.
If a scheduled payment is declined or otherwise unsuccessful, you remain responsible for the outstanding balance and authorize reasonable attempts to process the payment using the payment method provided or an updated payment method you provide.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact Avenue Bee Studio before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to review the issue.
Initiating a payment dispute does not cancel an otherwise valid payment obligation or override these Terms, a product license or a signed client agreement.
Avenue Bee Studio reserves all rights and remedies available regarding fraudulent, abusive or improper payment disputes.
TEMPLATE CUSTOMIZATION SERVICES
Purchasing an Avenue Bee Studio website template does not include customization or implementation services unless specifically stated.
Template customization may be purchased separately, subject to availability and a separate scope of work and fee.
SUPPORT
The level and duration of support included with a digital product will be described on the applicable product page or within the accompanying materials.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing a website template does not include unlimited technical support, custom design assistance, copywriting, SEO services, troubleshooting of third-party applications or ongoing website maintenance.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND SERVICES
Avenue Bee Studio products and services may use or integrate with third-party platforms, including Wix Studio and other software providers.
Third-party platforms operate independently from Avenue Bee Studio and may change their pricing, features, functionality, policies or availability at any time.
Avenue Bee Studio is not responsible for changes, outages, errors, discontinued functionality or other actions taken by third-party providers.
You are responsible for any third-party subscriptions, domain fees, applications, fonts, stock photography or other products or services not expressly included with your purchase.
FONTS, PHOTOGRAPHY AND DEMO CONTENT
Unless expressly stated otherwise, photographs, videos, logos, brand identities and other demo content shown in template demonstrations are for presentation purposes only and may not be included with your purchase.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate licenses and permissions for any photography, fonts, graphics, copy or other materials you add to your website.
The product description will identify any assets specifically included with the template.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original content on this website and within Avenue Bee Studio products, including website designs, templates, graphics, written materials, guides, educational materials, branding elements and other creative work, is owned by Avenue Bee Studio or used under appropriate license and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, republished or commercially exploited except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by written permission from Avenue Bee Studio.
RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE
Avenue Bee Studio does not guarantee specific business, financial, search engine, marketing, accessibility, conversion or other results from the use of our templates, products or services.
Website performance depends on many factors outside Avenue Bee Studio's control, including your content, customization choices, third-party software, hosting or platform performance, marketing activities and ongoing website management.
