This project focused on building a complete and intentional ecosystem around the business.
We began by developing a full brand identity that reflects the tone of the property, elevated, welcoming and experience-driven. From there, the website and marketing materials were designed to clearly communicate the value of the space and guide visitors toward the appropriate booking path.
Throughout the process, we focused on:
- Positioning the property as a luxury lakefront estate suited for large gatherings and events
- Structuring the website to support multiple audiences, including vacation guests, event clients and wedding inquiries
- Creating clear paths to book through both direct inquiries and third-party platforms
- Designing Airbnb and VRBO listings that align with the brand and highlight the full experience of the property
- Developing printed and digital materials that support marketing, guest experience and on-site navigation
- Ensuring consistency across every touchpoint, from initial discovery to arrival at the property
