With an appointment-only structure and intentionally limited class sizes, the studio provides a more personalized experience than a traditional gym, combining strength, cardio and sculpt training in a focused, supportive environment.

Up4Movement

Up4Movement had an existing website, but it lacked clarity, structure and alignment with the experience offered in the studio.

The goal wasn’t just to redesign the site. It was to create clarity for people discovering the gym for the first time, helping them understand what Up4Movement offers and how to easily get started.

The new website needed to reflect the level of intention behind the training experience while making it simple for visitors to explore classes and book their first session.
The previous website lacked clear direction. Visitors were met with limited information, broken links and no defined path to explore classes or sign up.

At the same time, Up4Movement offers a model that differs from a traditional gym, with coach-led classes, an appointment-based structure and smaller class sizes designed for more tailored training. That experience wasn’t being clearly communicated.

The site needed to:

  • Clearly position Up4Movement as a structured, class-based studio
  • Provide straightforward information about classes and offerings
  • Create a seamless path for new clients to book
  • Reflect the community-driven and personalized nature of the studio
  • Move away from a generic or heavy “gym” aesthetic

The focus of this project was creating clarity and direction.

We restructured the site to simplify how classes and services are presented, allowing visitors to quickly understand what’s offered and where to start. Navigation was streamlined and the overall user flow was designed to guide people naturally from interest to booking.

Throughout the process, we focused on:

  • Organizing classes and programs into clear, easy-to-follow categories
  • Simplifying the booking experience so users can sign up without confusion
  • Creating a logical flow from landing on the site to enrolling in a class
  • Reinforcing the studio’s positioning as a structured, coach-led environment
  • Developing a neutral, elevated visual direction, allowing photography to bring energy and personality

The final structure removes friction and replaces it with clarity, making the experience feel straightforward and intentional.
